Types of Bucket Elevators

Centrifugal Bucket Elevators are the most common and efficient way to convey material. It has been serving efficiently and are used to convey free flowing/powered bulk solids, such as, sugar, grains, animal feed, sand, minerals, aggregates, chemicals and more. Centrifugal Bucket Elevators as the name suggest operate at high speed throwing the materials out the buckets into discharge throat by centrifugal force. The Industrial type elevators operate at slower speeds than standard duty-type elevators. In Centrifugal Bucket Elevators the Style AA buckets are used, which are widely spaced on a chain or belt, which operate at speed up to 305 FPM for handling the heaviest industrial material up to 1213 pounds per cubic foot.
